We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with the return authorization in 30 days. You can contact us at service@afsaleuks.org.uk with your order number and return reason to get the return authorization. All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Please note that the original ¡ê6.99 shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Usually we'll arrange a refund within 15 days after receiving your return.

Exchanges are only allowed when: 1. The items are defective or damaged upon receipt; 2. They are not as per your order or not proper size; 3. They are returned within 30 days of your receiving them. 4. Abercrombie clothing is specially designed with a sense of vintage fashion by exhibiting a worn-in look by irregular folds, torn holes, patches, raw edges and messy threads joined around the patches and asymmetric design. If you find those features appear on your received item, please don¡¯t worry about it, for it¡¯s a matter of fashion style, rather than quality issue to be complained about. Therefore, we will not accept any complaint about those related problems. We exchange any merchandise in resalable condition with the exchange authorization in 30 days. All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the cost during the whole exchange process. Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received. For your protection, we suggest all returns or exchanges sent back to us through a traceable postal service. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
